GESTURAL ABSTRACTIONS
The work on this page is more about process and the way I approach a work of art. There is no consistent subject but I do start with an image or combination of images. Mark making is gestural and intuitive and there is a concern for material diversity and investigation. These works strike a balance between recognizable imagery and abstraction.
